The "Tree House" Cottage
The townhouse up/down floor plan makes it spacious for the whole group. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The main bedroom (king bed) is located downstairs with a full bathroom. Upstairs offers 2 bedrooms (Queen beds) with a shared full bathroom in the connecting hallway. All bedrooms offer flat screen/smart tvs, too. All bed and bath linens will be provided during your stay, with beds freshly made before your arrival. Guests receive a "starter kit" of paper products (t-paper and paper towels) bath soaps, and dishwasher packets - just enough to have handy until you can make the grocery store list of things your need.
Small dogs are allowed -- 2 maximum and under 25 pounds, please. Each pet will require a $300/per pet non-refundable fee. Bike Friendly but please NO SMOKING AT THIS PROPERTY PLEASE.
The cottage is ideally located within the heart of North Myrtle Beach, only a 2 block walk down to the beach. This Ocean Drive hot spot, puts you two blocks to enjoy all of the festivities of downtown, Main Street. Just a stroll away, there is live music, lively crowds, dance clubs, green parks and playground, boutique shopping, a variety of restaurants and ice-cream shops in every direction. With endless choices, from burgers and pizza, to homecooked meals and fine dining, a night "out on the town" will be something special. It's only two blocks to the beach for a full day of fun and sun. The famous "O.D." beach section is nice and wide with beautiful white sands. There are no less than a dozen golf courses in a 5-10 minute drive, too.
Just minutes away, in the heart of Windy Hill, North Myrtle Beach, is our most popular destination, Barefoot Landing. Enjoy broadway-style live musical productions at The Alabama Theatre. Famous concert performances are a regular at the House of Blues. Over 100 shops & restaurants criss-cross the boardwalks over the open waters. The waterfront complex has undergone a huge makeover since 2019 to bring in fresh new specialty boutiques, great eateries and breweries. There are kids attractions & weekly summer outdoor concerts to go with the fireworks displays. You'll find everything from the best beach wear, shoe shopping, wonderful sweet shops filled with treats, to LIVE alligators & tigers to amaze.
Within 20 minutes is downtown Myrtle Beach, famous for the Boardwalk, and Broadway at the Beach. This part of the "Grand Strand" is tourists heaven, offering malls, outlets, restaurants, ice cream shops, bars, mini-golf, kids theme attractions and the Sky Wheel. As the heart of one of the world's favorite vacation destinations, there's always something happening in Myrtle Beach. Year round attractions include festivals, events, sports, national and private parks, golfing, boating, fishing and beautiful beaches to enjoy. There's something for everyone!!!

Awesome vacation home
First I would like to thank Tracy for going over and above and doing everything she did to make sure we had a beautiful awesome vacation home. After being scammed through VRBO I contacted on a direct by accident and was so lucky to get Tracy who made this vacation happen a day before we will leaving on a 4th of July weekend how amazing was that. When we got to the house it was beautiful it was perfect it was clean it was near the beach Tracy also recommended we rent a golf cart it was the best thing we did the kids loved it we had a very very wonderful vacation thank you Tracy and thank you own a direct I would rent from this company over and over I would rent this house over and over. The entire staff that was helpful they made anything you need happen if we called them for something they were right on it they were pleasant they were happy they were nice they spoke to you like they knew you forever and like family. Great Beach TreeHouse
Very pleased with Direct Vacation Rentals. This rental was awesome. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean and comfortable. Was able to ride bikes to the beach and to dinner. Lovely Pet Friendly Vacation Home
The house was exactly as pictured and described and it more spacious than what I was expecting. Furnishings are still in great condition and the house was very clean. That's not always the case for pet friendly rentals. I tend to stay away from them if not traveling with a pet but you'd never know that animals have been in this house.
Our kids enjoyed the upstairs room with couch.
Fenced in areas have room for improvement. We found it useful to store our beach stuff in the one area but neither were places where I'd want to spend time relaxing in the chairs. We we didn't spend much time at the house anyway. Location was perfect. A short walk or golf cart ride to the beach, restaurants and shops. Treehouse Cottage
I enjoyed staying in the cute house. We could be any place in just minutes, since the beach house is in the heart of NMB. We chilled and had a big time. The perfect place for a family vacation!!!
Upon arrival everything was just lovely! We had everything we needed for a relaxing week together. The house has been recently updated reflected the owners' classy style. Its just a short two block walk or drive to the beach. There is plenty to do downtown for any age, we also love how clean North Myrtle is. The TreeHouse is the place to stay
We have never been so pleased with a rental as we were at the "Treehouse".
It is a short ride from the airport and walking distance to the best beach. We absolutely loved the decor. It is clearly a "Beachy" vibe and so tastefully decorated. Adorable kitchen/dining area with sitting space as you enter. The first floor bedroom was spacious and comfy. The top floor has two bedrooms, both cute as can be. There is an "entertainment" area adjoining the bedroom area. It had a large sofa for late night movie time or gaming fun. Wall mounted TV's in all rooms.
We can not say enough about how this rental made our trip that much better. We are already planning our next vacation to North Myrtle Beach and we will be requesting the TreeHouse again.
