The cozy 2 bedroom cottage is located on the 1st row of Ocean Drive in the heart of Crescent Beach, just a matter of steps to enjoy the pearly white sands of North Myrtle Beach. This 2 bedroom bungalow allows guests to choose a private setting, yet adjacent to the larger 2 story rental home (6 bed/4bath) know as the "5 Sea Gals". This homes on this property can be split into multiple options --- Couples or grandparents might enjoy being in the cottage away from the bigger group in the main house but still mix and mingle around the pool and grilling areas with everyone for family time.
Inside the bungalow are 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, family room and full kitchen. Both bedrooms are Queen size. The family room and enclosed "sun" room, offers great comfortable seating and large flat screen tv. The nicely equipped kitchen offers fridge and stove (no dishwasher) with dining table / seating for 6. There is a private covered exterior porch for relaxing ocean breezes in the evening. Shared laundry facilities and beach shower are located outside. Parking for 2 vehicles allowed.
Guests of the cottage are also allowed pool and grill priveleges. The owner provides a large assortment of beach supplies, from chairs to umbrellas and beach toys for the kids.
