Very clean but a lot of fees
Offered on vrbo. Vrbo charges $153, Provides no service but passes the reservation to owner direct who's fees are as much as the room. Excessicive security deposits which are supposed to be refunded 2 weeks after you check out. I've still not gotten my refund and I've been home a m9nth. Condo is very basic. Uncomfortable furniture and beds.poor water pressure. Ice maker doesn't work. Tiny balcony with 2 plastic chairs but great view. An 800 room cost 1500 with fees. Not worth it al all. Park7ng is rough. Won't return.

James, VRBO is a third party channel that we use for bookings and advertisement no way, shape or form are we reasonable for their fees, charges and and processing. I ensure you we try our best to work with all guest and have no problem with finding guest vacation properties that fir their budget. This condo is very efficient and has a great view. We always encourage guests to notify us of anything they may need so we have the chance to make it right especially important matters such as poor water pressure and Ice maker issues. Parking is controlled by the HOA. Nevertheless please allow us the honor of an opportunity to demonstrate our true quality to you. Our team is dedicated to providing great customer service, and we strive for 100% satisfaction with every guest. We would like the opportunity to rectify this situation and help make it right for you.

Great vacation getaway
We stayed the first week of August.The rental office was prompt in sending communications and answering questions when booking online. Check-in office is conveniently located close to the resort and provided after-hours check-in. Seaside Resort itself is located in a central part of N. Myrtle Beach, close to lots of great restaurants, shopping and fun activities. Upon arrival we discovered the parking garage is conveniently located within the lower levels of the building, however it is tight! On the positive, we never had to search for a space. There are 2 elevators and at times could be a bit of a wait. As it was a busy vacationing week, it wasn’t awful. We stayed in #1205. The unit was spotless and just as shown in the photos. It’s an open floor plan with a beautiful view of the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked with all things needed and then some. The modern sofa was surprisingly comfortable for lounging. The master bedroom has a chest of drawers in the closet so not a lot of storage space there. I read some reviews stating the bed was uncomfortable but we slept fine on it, however it is very firm. Bonus that linens are included at no additional cost. As the bedrooms are windowless, be aware you might sleep in. We woke up the first morning thinking it was middle of the night. Lol! Another bonus, there was a tower fan for us fan sleepers. The bathrooms had plenty of towels and washcloths. Water pressure was decent and lots a of hot water. The other bedroom has two queen beds that are not as firm as the master’s. Larger closet space and a dresser provided ample storage. The stacked washer/ dryer was much appreciated through out the week. The condo was quiet. You could hear doors closing in other units and occasionally foot steps from floor above, but never loud. The balcony provides 2 chairs, but the view was my favorite thing of all. We were very pleased with our rental experience. It was a great vacation getaway!

Vacation 2022
It was our 1st time to Myrtle Beach. We went on line found 4 and then picked SeaSide 1205. It was fabulous the condo was roomy and perfectly clean. Elevators worked great little or no waiting. The pool, lazy river and hot tub were right there. 5 minute walk to the beach. The room appliances all worked well, it was just great will definitely pick SeaSide again

Sea Side Resort
It was clean, a great location, with a short walk to the beach. The pictures are accurate. The mattresses are not very comfortable, but okay.
