Royale Palms #1107

Absolutely beautiful location and unit!
Booking, check in and check out was easy. Unit was clean and stocked with necessities. Highly recommend. We hope to return again.

beautiful condo
The condo is furnished beautifully. The location is convenient. Downfalls- elevators in building were not fully functioning. The TV's did not work - remotes were an issue. The ring doorbell is odd- KEYS were hard to get to open door - suggest a keyless system. The thermostat must be on a timer- it was hot in the bedrooms at night.
Other than that it was a wonderful place.

A DREAM!
I just would like to say that my husband and I booked this place thinking it was probably too good to be true, but we were going to try it out anyway. I will tell you that I cannot find one negative thing to say. This condo had absolutely everything we needed and more. The furnishings were updated and lovely. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. They had a bunch of little extras that we didn’t even expect to have including a boogie board, sand toys, our favorite drinks waiting in the refrigerator etc... Sitting outside was our favorite! We had breakfast as a family and a perfect view of the water. No, it is not a direct oceanfront condo... it is an ocean view, so there are buildings on either side however, you do have a perfect view of the ocean. The rental company was so very kind and easy to work with. I can’t say enough about our stay and we will absolutely be back. I’m pretty sure this is the first time we will ever be repeat VRBO customers. Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven!

Great stay in Myrtle Beach
Condo was every bit as beautiful as the pictures. Very spacious and very clean! Beautifully decorated in beach decor! Kitchen was well stocked . Rental agent great to work with. Only problem was the door to the condo had a strange lock and sometimes opening was a little difficult. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for great place to stay. Close to everything you possibly would need.

So comfortable!!
We thoroughly enjoyed this unit. The new furniture is lovely and the beds are so comfortable. Property managers could be more diligent in making sure trash cans have bags in them, etc but this was overall an excellent stay!

Royale Palms #1107 rm for six
The condo itself was newly renovated and very comfortable, with a limited view of the ocean from the balcony.
The complex has limited beach access, with very poor showers & long lines. Pools are enough to get wet nothing spectacular. Parking has very limited handicap as that is what I needed. Add next to no carts to help roll your luggage in. Management company did not supply the stock drinks as discussed nor the paper products we thought we would get. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom for the week. Lol
Like I said the room itself was renovated renovated clean and nice but property as a whole I would not recommend.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We?re sorry to hear about your experience. We did provide a "starter" pack of your paper products, a roll or two of TP, Paper Towel, hand soap etc, but just enough for you to get by till you can get to the store and purchase the brands your prefer. Unit was very clean and very well equiped with all essentials plus some extras. Great check-in process with ODVR management company. ODVR was also very responsive and helpful during our stay.

Solid Stay
Rental process was painless. The management company was very accommodating. I have stayed at this property before and knew what to expect. The unit was well maintained. The only knock I have would be the lack of in unit supplies. The kitchen was a little light with tools and they could have kept the "welcome package" of paper products and cleaning stuff. Outside of that solid stay for the weekend- especially at the last minute.

Hey Kenneth! Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback on your stay at our Royale Palms #1107 property! We are pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay with us, but are also sorry to hear there were some things that didn't quote work with your stay. I apologize the kitchen was running low on supplies, we are working now to correct that. We have just recently gone into our inventories on all units. We look at the kitchens to see what they have and what they're missing, as well as pulling out things that are worn down so they can be replaced, along with other things. I'm also sorry if you didn't appreciate our welcome package, we do this as it makes is a bit easier on the guests so they don't immediately have to go to the store. Usually vacationers like to get right into the vacation. Come back and visit anytime! Stay safe!

Great family vacation spot
Wow! This condo is one of the nicest we've ever stayed in. The bedrooms were large, and had good closet space, big dressers, nice TV's and comfy beds. The bathrooms were nice and large too. We had plenty of space to spread out. It was clean, and well kept. We were only a few minutes walk from the beach/ ocean and a few minutes drive from great shopping/restaurants. A very safe location with lots to do nearby.
The downside: view from the condo was disappointing. If you lean over the balcony, you can get a glimpse at the beach. Mostly a view of other buildings and the parking garage. The elevators were often very busy and you needed to wait for them. No one knew for sure which pools we were allowed to use - we used the bean shaped and lagoon pools without any questions.
I would definitely recommend this condo at Royale Palms and hope to stay here again.

Great unit
The unit was exactly as described. The layout was great, furniture and appliances were very nice and despite not having a perfect ocean view, it was still very good. The check in process with the management company needs to be improved but they are working on that.
