Lowery House with Golf Cart and NEW POOL

Will definitely come back!
This house was SO adorable. It had everything we needed for a 4 day stay. It was so convenient and my family and I enjoyed our time in the home just as much as our time exploring the surrounding areas. The front port is amazing and the golf cart was a great addition to help with those beach days when we wanted to bring chairs, umbrellas, coolers etc. Can’t wait to come back!

Great House Close to the Beach
My mother, 2 daughters, & I stayed here & loved it. The home was perfect & located in a wonderful neighborhood. The rental included a golf cart which was ideal for my mother who has trouble walking long distance. The few issued we did have were resolved practically immediately! 100% will be back!!

Perfect Family rental!
The property was just as described in listing. they had everything you would need for beach days in their Garage. This is so close to tons of dining and shopping. This house is definitely on our must return to list!

Outstanding
Absolutely love this place. Very convenient to beach. Clean and organized and has a little of everything. Really enjoy the golf cart to get around town. However wish it was a little larger one so everyone could ride. Overall a wonderful place to stay. I will be booking again soon. Owner direct vacation rentals are awesome. Awesome house
It was exceeded our expectations. House had everything we needed and more. The house is beautiful inside and out. Ideally located for everything you want to do. Three blocks from the the beach was awesome.

5 star vacation rental
Our recent stay at this vacation property was simply delightful! The house was well maintained and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and enjoyable family vacation. We particularly appreciated the convenience of the golf cart for getting to and from the beach. The location was perfect, and the property manager was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Sister Getogether
Awesome. Absolutely super in all ways. The only issue, which was probably us, was the TV. It would have been great if there was a way of explaining how to operate. We wanted to watch live TV ( from Canada - hockey and baseball playoffs). Could not figure how. Other, well stocked. BBQ was great. The golf cart was excellent. Beds were terrific. House was spotless.
We have rented all over the world. This was a come back home. Absolutely wonderful.

Perfection
Staff at check in was so helpful and polite. The house was amazing. Very clean with all amenities included. Very spacious, and really enjoyed the golf cart. Will definitely be booking again.

Great space and fun had by all!
We came from BUFFALO NY to North Myrtle Beach and had to find a place with just 2 days notice the home we had planned to stay in was not going to be accessible to us. My son and family friend we were coming with both use wheelchairs. The home at Lowery House and the folks at Owner Direct Vacation Rentals were GREAT They saved our long anticipated vacation. The location was wonderful. The home exactly as described and it was gorgeous. Very clean, well maintained and all the gadgets in the kitchen we needed to make ourselves at home.

Wheelchair accessible with tons of extras
Stayed here with 4 other adults. Plenty of room, full kitchen with dishes, coffee maker, toaster, and plenty of utensils. House is completely wheelchair accessible using the garage entrance. Handicap shower was nice for our friend in a wheelchair. Used the golf cart to go to the beach. Played with the basketball hoop and used the corn hole game. We loved being 3 blocks from the beach and I used the large porch in the evening for a cocktail and reading. I highly recommend using the lowery house.

Great home with golf cart!

Wonderful Home and Perfect Location!
We had a fabulous stay at the Lowery House! The property was clean, well-maintained, and was as described. It was tastefully decorated and updated. We loved the front porch and having access to the golf cart. We could quickly get to the beach or drive to the restaurants and ice cream shop nearby. The neighborhood was safe and also in close proximity to Barefoot Landing. The property manager was helpful, friendly, and responsive. We would highly recommend this property and management company!

Nice house
House was nice and we liked the location. We had a problem with washer that took over a week to fix and communication with management company was a little slow.

Lowery House
I stayed at the Lowery House for the second time and had another wonderful stay. It has three bedrooms but the additional room at the back was a perfect place for my grandchildren with a pull out trundel bed. We had a toilet that didn't want to stop running and it was fixed within an hour of making a call. I have nothing but good things to stay about my stay.

Loved my stay
The house was nice and clean. The pictures were accurate displaying the living accommodations. The added bathroom I the garage area was a plus.... Quiet neighborhood. The parking was good but space was tight.

The Lowery Home was beautiful and fully stocked with everything needed. Loved the house. Owner Direct staff were very professional to deal with and very sweet. The use of the golf cart was great for beach use daily. We went to Villa Tuscanna for dinner which was fantastic. Barefoot landing was very close with great little shops. Awesome vacation

Wonderful place
Our family had a wonderful stay in this sweet home. Equipped with all of the things you might need and many extras. Location was great (a few minutes from the beach) and the golf cart was a bonus. Loved this beach house!!
Your house was everything we could hope for! It was so neat and tidy. Spotless. Even better than the pictures show. The house was beautifully decorated. We so enjoyed setting on the porch in the mornings, lounging in the hammock in the afternoons and playing corn hole in the evenings. This house had everything! The beach is seconds away by golf cart. So close to great restaurants and shopping. No need to leave the area. We will most certainly be back.

Vacation 2020
This house is ideal for a family vacation or a get a way. Everything was very accessible and clean. Three streets from the ocean and golf cart was provided in rental. Plenty of couches , chairs and having a washer and dryer was the greatest. Full kitchen with pots, pans , dishes and a grill. Best was the ice cream shop one block away. House was easy to find and plenty to do within a few miles.
