The "Flamingo" (Villa #3) is a 4 bedroom/ 4 bath "townhome" style property with 2 floors of living spaces, bathrooms, and balconies. All new luxury vinyl flooring throughout. All new kitchen appliances, upgraded cabinets and granite countertops. Not to mention all new mattresses and headboard sets. The spacious master bedroom has a wonderful king bed with an attached private bath, consisting of a vanity with tub/shower combo. It has its own sofa and new 45 inch smart TV. There are 2 guestrooms with queen beds that shares an attached "Jack'n Jill" bath between the pair. There is another full bathroom in the hall for guest to use.
Upstairs is bedroom number #4 -- a hidden surprise, up the spiral staircase, into the kids' loft with two private balconies (front ocean views & back treetop views), including large private bath, and a jetted tub/shower. There are 2 twin beds, perfect open space for the teenagers or young kids to have a skylit retreat all to themselves.

Great place

The Perfect Beach House!
Loved staying here! This is my second time staying, and it's always great. The beach is literally down the street, as well as a small ice cream shop, convenient store, beach shop, Molly Darcy's Irish Pub,Treasure Island, etc. I like how it's quiet, and you're really near by a lot of attractions! The airbnb is very clean, updated and modern. Office/staffs were great and nice! One thing I would advise is that you do bring your own shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent, and hand soap. Management doesn't provide them, but which I don't think it's a big deal at all. Overall, I really do recommend this place! A Great property for family vacation
We have our clan (5 families of 20+ people) from Cary NC stayed for 3 nights at the Flamingo combined house during the Labor Day weekend 2022. It was a wonderful weekend at the brand new renovated Flamingo house. All furnitures and appliances are brand new. We enjoyed sipping drinks on the luxury decks looking over the ocean and sing karaoke.
