Crescent Shores #902 North Oceanfront Luxury

Fantastic condo/view/location!
Every detail of the rental experience was top notch. From the reservation process to the arrival instructions, location of the condo, condition of the property, to helpful labels everywhere. The property was very well maintained and a security guard onsite. The ONLY suggestion would be to upgrade the beds or perhaps pillow toppers for the beds. The master was great but the others seemed to be less than ideal. Otherwise, the entire experience was wonderful and we will be back! Thank you!!

Girlfriends Beach Week
Three long time girlfriends, coming from 3 directions, met for a week of ocean gazing and enjoying each others company. The setting was perfect, beautiful ocean view, clean and well appointed condo, and each of us had our own space. Highly recommend.

Myrtle Beach paradise
We had a Beautiful Condo clean and in great shape the only problem was a new TV carrier and no one could help with channels and how to navigate the system we were able to log into Netflix and watch movies at night I am sure the TV problem will be ironed out our stay was wonderful

Great Ocean Front Condo!
Beautiful ocean front condo. We are snowbirds and have stayed in this condo for several years. It is always very clean and the owners are continually doing updates. We liked the new lighting and ceiling fan in the main living area as well as the updated entry decor. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need for cooking. The high top seating on the balcony gives you an unobstructed view of the beach and ocean. It is nice to have the car in a parking garage. A great location, close to restaurants, golf courses, and entertainment. Barefoot landing is one of our favorite places and it is close by. We look forward to returning next winter for three months!

It is unfortunate that your beach trip dates coincided with the Crescent Shores HOA's large maintenance project -- balcony work, floor coating, parking garage, etc. Parking for the combined North and South Towers, for owners and guests, has been limited within the garage until Spring. The great Fall weather meant it was still a little crowded this year, even though it was the off-season. Please understand that the condo owner nor Owner Direct Vacation Rentals is not involved in those project decisions and understands the frustration of parking, but it is completely out of our control. Amazing Oceanfront Beauty
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great condo right on the ocean. Condo is pretty much as listed. Great location and layout. Huge balcony with high-end balcony furniture that we thoroughly enjoyed. Condo and property is very well-maintained. Well-stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals. We did experience some minor issues but the property manager was very responsive and and we got quick resolutions. The elevators did go out several times and this was a little annoying because we were on the 9th floor. Of course, that was no fault of the owner/property manager. Would definitely recommend this property and we definitely hope to return soon.

Reminds you of Margaritaville
Great condo in good location. Everything was as described, it has very nice decor. Condo had everything we needed. The furniture was very comfortable also. My Grandsons loved the pool and lazy river. Only complaint (which the owner of the condo has nothing to do with) was the elevators went out a couple of times... this made it extra hard on an old lady with a bad hip to get up to the 9th floor.... BUT we would defiantly stay here again!

Crescent Shores did not disappoint!
We had a great time! View is beautiful!

The bedrooms closest to the street side need darker shades and black out curtains. The light outside the front door is too bright to make the rooms dark. Also, would be helpful to have some chip clips in the kitchen:)

Great Locationm Beautiful View
This rental is so spacious with plenty of room for guests. It was also very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need for all your cooking needs. The view is amazing! We saw dolphins feeding right from the balcony. It's also centrally located so many attractions are close by. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Some complaints
While this place is beautiful, there are quite a few things wrong that had our entire crew saying "add it to the list" over and over. It started with an absolute nightmare of check-in/waiting for elevators to take your stuff up/finding carts. We heard that this is the norm for this place. 5 days in, my 3 year old found out our door didn't lock unless we pulled it shut extra hard. I was stabbed by one of the pointy-est butter knives I've ever encountered. Lots of glass and mirrors, which is not the best for those of us with toddlers. I am sure there are tons more, but overall the place was nice and convenient to the beach, so we were able to shrug off the numerous annoyances we ran into. None of us plan to return though.

You are right, this is a beautiful condo with lots of windows so you can see our white sandy beaches and the breathtaking ocean views, Your check in was actually in our office and had nothing to do with the elevators. Although there are many elevators at Crescent Shores, it can get very busy on Saturday check in time in the middle of July at one of the most popular beaches in SC We are glad to see that you found the condo clean and beautiful and well stocked but we are sorry about the sharp butter knives. Excellent condo, beautiful ocean view and conveniently located to restaurants and attractions. We stayed for three months, the kitchen had everything we need to cook meals. New sectional in living room is very comfortable. The beds were comfortable and two of the bathrooms have new walk-in showers. The unit is very clean and the management company was excellent.

Perfect Layout and Location!
I've stayed in nearly every North Myrtle Beach condo complex, from Cherry Grove to Windy Hill. This was one of the very best units I've stayed in (and close to the best!).
I'm always concerned about how comfortable the beds will be since some rentals use cheap mattresses. The master bed was a DREAM! There were plenty of extra pillows and blankets.
The condo decor was upscale and beautiful, yet completely comfortable and relaxing.
I brought my two teens here and they each brought a friend. Having three full bathrooms and five beds was fabulous.
The view was beautiful and beach access was a breeze.
The air conditioning worked well throughout the entire unit. All other appliances worked well.
Wifi isn't great, so I wouldn't plan to come here to work. I considered this my "unplugged" time anyway, so it didn't matter for me on this trip. If you plan to stream movies, work, or play video games online, look elsewhere.
The one problem we had was that the key was VERY hard to turn in the lock. I was the only one in the group who could make it work. This was ok since I stayed at the unit a lot, but it could be problematic if you have a lot of people coming and going at different times. Also, the deadbolt didn't work at all. There was a swing bar latch to secure the door for safety. Since the public can access the breezeways, though, a working deadbolt would've been nice.
Common areas of the complex were very clean and indoor areas were air-conditioned.
My kids used and loved the indoor pool, outdoor pool, lazy river, and gym. We visited over Labor Day weekend and none of the areas were crowded at all.
The unit's kitchen was well-stocked with everything one needs.
The unit was very clean on arrival. I did have to wipe down the countertops since they were gritty - but it seemed like cleaning-product-type-grit and not sand or dirt. A quick wipe with a damp paper towel cleared it away.
Overall a fabulous place

This is N Myrtle Beach’s best accommodations
This rental looks and feels like I’ve arrived at my second home or a good friend’s house. Not a rental property. I would measure this property to 5 star hotels on an island. The owners have obviously put their heart and soul into ensuring that their guests are welcomed by the ambiance and attention to detail. Just about every item that you may want or need is available. It is close to dining if that is desired, but if saving $$ and home cooking is your thing, I would bet that every cooking tool is included in the immaculate rental. The wood flooring, the renovated baths, the comfortable outdoor furniture made me feel that I have chosen well. I have fully enjoyed my week here and I miss it already. Not all condos on this property/building have the same amenities as this one. I plan on choosing this condo for all future stays, and recommend this one to all that will listen.

Family Vacation
Unit as described. Well maintained, clean and comfortable for our group of 6. Great location. We loved going around the corner to Mr G for ice cream. I really can’t think of anything negative but if I’m trying to name one it would be that we had to wait a while on the elevators. Which is totally out of anyone’s control due to the business of the building. This is definitely not a deal breaker and will 100% try to stay here again!

Great Condo with Beautiful Ocean View
Great condo furnished with everything you need. We have stayed in this condo for three months for several years. Each time we stay there are major updates that the owners have done. We loved the new balcony furniture, fun and comfortable. You can’t ask for a better view, always something to see—dolphins, kites, para sailers, fishing boats, weddings, and much more. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. We really like the coffee station that has a Keurig and regular coffee maker and it is in the dinning area. Excellent location, close to restaurants, entertainment, and golf. Barefoot Landing is close with great restaurants, several new ones. Our favorite place to stay in North Myrtle Beach area!

Great Family Beach Trip
Our family of 4 enjoyed getting away and Tim and Lynn's place was perfect. It had everything we needed and it was very spacious. You can tell they take really good care of things and they were very easy to work with. The condo is in a great location. Easy access to Barefoot Landing (Blueberry's Grill was our favorite place to eat). Shopping at Tanger Outlets was just a few minutes down the road. Mr. G's Ice Cream was a walk across the street from the condo. The weather was not fantastic while we were there but we enjoyed sitting out on the terrace while drinking our coffee, reading, and just watching the ocean. We did not use the pools or lazy river while there simply because we enjoy the beach so much and we were trying to social distance from others as much as possible. The time spent inside the condo was nice and relaxing and a great chance of scenery after being stuck at home for weeks. The beds were very comfortable. There is a king in the master suite and 2 queens in each of the 2 other bedrooms. Very room for quests.

Spacious, comfortable, clean ocean front condo.
We had a wonderful three month stay in this well furnished condo. Everything you need. The beds were very comfortable, showers were great. We have stayed here the past three winters and each time we come the owners have made more updates. This year wood flooring in the main living areas and bathrooms and new carpet in the bedrooms. Plenty of room for our daughter and family who came to visit for a week. The grandchildren loved the beach, pools and lazy river. Close to restaurants and attractions. We are golfers and played at several courses all within a half hour drive or less. The management company, ODVR, is wonderful to work with. We are planning on returning next year.

Great view and great condo
Me and a friend stayed here during the Christmas week. What a wonderful time we had. The view is spectacular. We got to see the dolphins swimming and jumping. Close to shops and restaurants. It was nice to just relax if we wanted to or to go out. Great place to stay. Beautiful inside too. Lots of upgrades.

Fun Thanksgiving Weekend
Our Thanksgiving trip to North Myrtle Beach was a lot of fun. The condo was great - we found everything we needed to cook a full Thanksgiving meal for 6, including a meat thermometer! Lots of Black Friday shopping and we even took in a great dolphin show from the balcony of the condo one afternoon.
This place is so cheery and well stocked that we enjoyed just being there, looking at the ocean, watching football and putting puzzles together. The coffee bar rocks! Everyone had their favorite drinks while the cooks did their thing in the kitchen. The weather was good and our time together was great.

Great rental property
Just wanted to write a quick review. My family vacations every year at different locations along the east coast. This was by far one of our favorite spots and this condo rental was great. The space was very clean. The decorating and layout was very nice. Somebody went crazy with a label maker and labelled all of the remote and light switches with what devices or lights they controlled. It actually helped quite a bit. There was a little note book that all of the previous renters wrote a review of there stay in and it was nice to read those memories (we also left a note in there). The owner also left a folder of things to do and places to visit which was nice. All in all, I would have to say this was one of the better vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. I would highly recommend it and we will probably try to book it again at some point.

High end accommodation
My family and I spent our spring break at this residence. It was way beyond my expectations. Tastefully furnished with lots of high-end appliances. Thoughtfully places coffee bar outside of the kitchen to avoid congestion. All rooms were very comfortable and the full-sized washer and dryer was very useful. The owner-provided kitchenware, beach chairs and board games have us so many options to make our vacation very enjoyable. Looking forward to planning our future beach vacations at this unit. No Cold or Snow, Just Beautiful Views!
This condo is great—very clean! We are snowbirds and have rented this condo for three months for the past two years and we have it booked for next year. It has everything you need—well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, great tv’s, and the view is awesome. We love the balcony that overlooks the ocean with its high top table and chairs so your view is not obstructed by the railing. The owners are excellent in keeping the condo updated—new kitchen appliances, new paint, back splash in the kitchen, new bedding, new furnace and air conditioner. The management company is easy to work with and their linens are wonderful. The location is great close to restaurants and entertainment. Looking forward to next year!

This condo is perfect. Great location in N. Myrtle Beach. Close to a nice variety of restaurants and shopping. It has everything; kitchen well supplied, the beds very comfortable (slept great),more than enough towels, great ninth floor ocean view and the décor has been updated and is bright and fun. Exceeds Expectations!! Amazingly clean with a feeling of Home
The check-in was hassle free, which we needed after a long trip. The mgmt company was very efficient. The owners left detailed information that answered all of our questions about the condo, i.e. WiFi, fans, lights, etc.There were so many personal touches that made us feel right at home. It was very clean, decor was exactly as pictured and furniture was very substantial. The beds were very comfortable, rooms nicely decorated , kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, location was great, with a restaurant next door and a spectacular view. This was a perfect location right on the beach. The kids loved the lazy river! If you’re looking for a place to relax, enjoy the morning sunrise and more, this is it. I would strongly recommend this property and we will definitely be back! The owners and the management company attended to every detail which made our vacation fun and easy.

We certainly appreciate the 5 star review for this condo and the kind praise about our staff at ODVR. We are grateful to hear positive feedback when we get it right and have helped to create wonderful beach memories for our guests. The owner has worked hard this season to remodel and update this condo and it shows in every aspect. The spaciousness of this condo allows everyone to have room to congregate in the family area for meals or retreat to their own quarters for a little relaxation time. The huge balcony offers enough room for idling away with a book or a sunset meal at the best seat in the house. Crescent Shores is a top tier resort complex with all of the extras to make everyone happy in the group, young and old. Great place, great view, great time.
Rental properties are not always what pictured or described, this one is. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, the beds were very comfortable and I am picky about my bathroom and it was nice and clean. The entire condo was very clean. The owners have added a personal touch that made you feel "at home". Location is great as it is away from the more crowded areas of Myrtle Beach, and still convenient to restaurants, shopping and activities. Parasailing activity right there on the beach. 9th floor view is great. We are looking forward to returning and bringing more family and friends.

Thank you for the perfect review. The owner will be thrilled that you found everything to be "GREAT" and that the details they have put into creating the perfect beach getaway were appreciated. The pictures for this condo were just taken in June this year, so what you see is exactly what you get, and then some. The condo has been completely refreshed with new paint, new bedding, and newly re-stocked with kitchen necessities. Your thoughtful description of the area is exactly what every guest wants to know about the Crescent Shores location -- that the complex is in the heart of all that our great little beach town has to offer. Crescent Shores does provide the best family friendly amenities, too, from outdoor and indoor pools, to gym and grilling stations. We hope you will be back and with more family and friends.

Pleasant home base for vacation
The condo was wonderful - clean, nicely decorated and furnished well. We had no concerns at all about our lodging during our stay which allowed us to just enjoy our surroundings and our vacation. Loved the location - close to a convenience store, ice cream and a pub/restaurant. Short drive to Barefoot Landing and downtown North Myrtle Beach.
