Crescent Shores #812 South Perfect Location

First time renting direct and not VRBO. I must say it was a different experience and much more complicated. I did not feel welcome at all the whole time we were there. The location is great, minus the bar next to the building, our room was on the corner and Friday night and Saturday night after closing gets very loud. Make sure you bring trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels, as well as kitchen sponge and soap, and laundry detergent. It is a non-smoking property, but we had neighbors smoking weed and it would get so bad, you could not sit on the balcony all hours. Overall, the space was perfect, but the beds were very hard, kitchen is small but has all you need. Pool is ok, but it gets packed and very loud. The beach access is perfect. You are very close to Barefoot landing and only 30 minutes from Broadway at the beach. There were 10 of us and we were comfortable in the space, it did not feel crowded.

Nice Unit
This unit held our family of 9 very comfortably. It had almost everything we needed. We bought the household items needed and left them for others to use. Please know this unit is at the end and you cannot leave anything outside the door. You must also know that the wrist bands must be worn at all times. The security is top notch. No noise. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again. The unit is ongoing some upgrades. The new upgrades were very nice. THe unit could use more seats outside.

Beach condo review
Our condo was wonderful. It had 4 great bedrooms. The surprise was two of them had two beds! The bathrooms were great, the laundry was used a lot.
We really enjoyed the balcony. It was our first time in North Myrtle Beach, but it was close to everything we wanted to do.

Families vacation
The unit we had was excellent. It had lots of room
the balcony was amazing. It was right on the ocean. You could walk right out
to the beach. Plus it had a great pool and hot tub

Great location, great vacation!
The condo is at the end of the building which gives you additional 3 windows: in 2 bedrooms and the most important in the dining area. Thanks to it you can see not just the ocean but also the ocean shore line. And it is amazing!

Party of 12
The pics don’t do it justice. It it bigger than it looks by a long shot. The kitchen was well stocked of the necessities needed. There was never a long wait for the elevators which was nice. Parasailing and banana boat riding was right in front. Lots of things close by ��.

Great vacation spot
We stayed from the first of January until end of March. ODVR was great to work with during our stay and they handled any issue’s quickly. The condo was larger than what we needed.(4 bedroom’s) The furniture and carpet is worn out. The view was Great and good access to the beach to walk every day. Great Job Tracy ��

Great place!
Very clean, great customer service. We would love to stay here again. The only thing I would suggest is more seating in the living room. For such a large house, more than 2 families are bound to come. It would be nice to have more than a couch and love seat in the living room so everyone could relax together.

Family Reunion July 2022
We were very pleased with our 4 bedroom vacation rental. Very spacious; lots of silverware and dishes, pots, pans, glassware. Would definitely recommend this condo. The staff from beginning to end were very professional and polite. I want to acknowledge Tracy who listened when I needed to be heard and was very soothing. Tracy thank you so much for being a blessing and for your words of encouragement. My son passed away at 4:15pm on July 15th. He hung g on till I got there.

winter getaway
I've been booking my North Myrtle Beach winter vacation through ODVR for many years and they've always been very professional and friendly. This was my first year in this unit and my stay was enjoyable but not without it's problems. Unfortunitly, the unit above was being renovated and re-tiled. The sound of hammer drills on the floor made it impossible to remain in the unit while tile replacement was going on. The 8AM to 4PM construction lasted about a week. I realize renovations are necessary, after all it's what keeps us coming back, just my bad luck.

South Corner of Heaven in the South Tower of Crescent Shores
A well formed description of a great place to stay. While the arrangement of furniture/amenities was slightly altered from the photo, everything in the photos were as seen. Cleanliness was obvious, well stocked kitchen. Some of our crew enjoyed Banana boat and para-sailing while the not so daring group literally watched them from the spacious ocean front balcony. Definitely recommend and hope to return sooner than later.

Great Stay!
The condo was very spacious and clean and well located to restaurants and activities. The furniture and bed spreads really could use some updating as years of wear have really taken there toll. We enjoyed our stay but would think twice about renting this particular unit again.

Overall the condo was very nice, it was missing a few things that would have been useful. There is one charcoal grill for this entire building for 144 units and it was behind a locked gate. The 1st time I tried to use it I could not find an employee to unlock it. There was no large skillet it the unit, We had 6 adults and 3 children, try making pancakes for breakfast with 3 small pans! The location and view were wonderful.

This rental was the most spacious we’ve stayed in. It was clean and everything was in good working order. Plenty of dishes and utensils. Great location! Owner direct was very helpful and kept us updated on the tropical storm. We loved having access to the storage closet and chairs inside it. We certainly would recommend this condo.

Great location!
We loved our unit. It was spotless. The location is excellent. We enjoyed the beach, the pools and the hot tubs. We had one issue with a small leak near a toilet base and our maintenance person arrived within the hour. Unbelievable response! Professional and courtious.

Awesome place!
I've rented this unit three years in a row now and love it, won't go anywhere else. With 12 women you would think someone would complain about something....NOT. The AC unit works great, we had plenty of towels, and lots of space to put away our things. We love all the hooks on the doors to hang stuff! The view is fabulous. The lazy river and pool are always clean. The girls at the rental office are always on top of their game, and eager to accommodate. I love this place, it has home feeling to it.

Wonderful winter stay!!!
We had a wonderful stay for the winter. There was noise and some inconveniences but still a lot better than being in the North weather... Will definitely stay there again. The location was perfect and the condo is well equipped and furnished. Love this place.

Great condo unit, especially on the end with the extra window in dining area. Did notice a smell coming from the trash shoot, which was located by this unit though.

Myrtle Beach in March
We experienced some issues with our original rental property. The staff at VRBO IN North Myrtle Beach were very professional and helpful. They worked with us to provide alternatives and we were offered this property. This unit exceeded our expectations and if we return to Myrtle Beach for a visit we will certainly utilize VRBO and ask for this unit.
