Crescent Shores #810 South

2024 Family Vacation
Crescent Shores was a perfect location; it was great to get up in the morning and sit on the deck with your coffee and watch the sunrise. It was big enough to fit the family and the railing was perfect that you felt safe with the little ones. The condo was clean nice to have the beds made and the towels were a nice touch. All of the appliances were good and in working condition the oven and refrigerator were clean and plenty of dishes/glasses and silverware for our family.

Perfect Family Vacation
Our family, 8 adults and 7 children (8 and under, 2 being babies) stayed here last week. The location was perfect, the view of the ocean breathtaking. We were all very pleased with the accommodations, well stocked kitchen, plenty of bathroom towels/washcloths, well functioning washer and dryer, clean and "functional" for our family. I was concerned about only 3 elevators for 18 floors, but really there were no issues. It was a bit crowded in the elevator lobby on incoming Saturday afternoon, but it still went smooth and relatively quick. Everyone was nice and helpful. Pool accommodations were wonderful, lazy river, kiddie pool and 3-5 feet pool. Some families got up bright and early to save too many lounge chairs, but the security removed and folded towels to unsave so that chairs didn't sit there unused for hours, we were glad they followed their policy. The beach was very nice and easy to get to. We spent a few hours in Myrtle Beach, which was nice, but we were very glad we stayed/booked in North Myrtle Beach, very family friendly. All and all I would definitely stay again.

Great Condo
The condo was clean, well furnished and worked great for our family. I just wish if a condo complex is “non-smoking”, I would not smell weed while sitting on the balcony. Also I wish mgmt would leave enough toilet paper and paper towels for the time you will be staying. Loved the area of the beach it wa located. Would stay here again!

September stay
Staff at the office were wonderful. Condo was beautiful and well maintained. Disappointed the pool was closed but that was not in the control of Owner Direct Vacation Rentals. The staff was very apologetic. Would rent from them again if the need arises.

Thanks for the kudos for our ODVR staff. We are still apologizing to our guests about the pool closing early this season due to the Crescent Shores complex projects. Of course, it is about guests safety when workers are moving around & above the area. Please let us know what specific areas of "cleaning" did not meet your expectations. ??? We are more than willing to correct any issues for our guests during their stay and will use the details to improve our housekeeping procedures. We appreciate your positive notes and look forward to your return in the near future.

Everything was great!
Unit was as described in the posting. Beautiful beach and perfect location away from the South Myrtle boardwalk excitement/craziness. Ice cream shop and beach around the corner. Low traffic volume by resort. Parking garage across the street. Check in and check out was a breeze. Everything was just right!

#810 Crescent Shores
We really enjoyed our stay at crescent shores. The washer did not work for the first few days, but was fixed by Wednesday. The building was quiet, the beds were comfy, and it was very clean upon arrival. The building was in an easily accessible area and was close to things we wanted to do and places we wanted to go. The view of the ocean from our unit was beautiful.

Our Happy Place
Our family has been using ODVR for many years. This condo is beautiful and any little problem that came up was immediately addressed by the office and maintenance staff. The office staff is great for recommending places to visit and eat (I'm sorry, but Leila is my favorite). I've referred 2 families in the last year that has already booked with them and started making their own memories.

GREAT CONDO & GREAT STAY
This Condo has a great location, right on the beach. It was clean, quiet, and met all our needs. We each got our own bedroom and bathroom (4 guys playing golf) with enough room to spread out and enjoy our time off the golf course.

Crescent review
It was a beautiful place to stay. It was very relaxing up until the last full day before we left. The condo locked us out by changing the code on the door
Lock
Enjoyed the condo and the relaxation. The last full day of our stay was ruined when the door lock would not open. We were locked out. After calling all the phone numbers several times; we were at a standstill wondering how we could get back into our unit. There was an "emergency" number that we called and left msg. It replied that the mailbox was full. We got a hold of maintenance for the building and asked for any help. They did over and above for us.Through their help and their phone calls we finally were let in after a considerable time. I am very unhappy with the nonprofessional the rental company didn't handle things.

MY BEACH BIRTHDAY WEEKEND
Hi - we drove thru the hurricane to get to MB and made it safely. We had some issues getting into the rental with the passcode but Ty was very helpful - quick and responsive! The condo is very nice - comfortable - and the view is spectacular!

Beautiful Condo
Everything you need! New beach chairs in closet (7) plus older ones. All work! Kids beach toys galore! Beds super comfy. 3 bedrooms have bathrooms attached. Other bedroom has bathroom across hall. Unit 810 crescent Shores. We left hand soap pumps under all sinks. Great set up. Great view!

Perfect!
This place was amazing! We had 4 couples and this place was perfect for us. with the 4 bedrooms and 4 baths we all had our own space. The beach access was great. Pools were big and roomy. Great location!!! Everything was within 15 mins.

Beautiful Condo on the Beach
We enjoyed a girls getaway for 4 days at this lovely 4 Br condo.We (6 of us)splurged for a bigger place and it was well worth it.The location is perfect, next door to my favorite Irish restaurant..great indoor and on-the-beach deck dining, and short walk to shops,ice cream,and other spots. We enjoy golf, gambling on the Big M Casino boat,dining out and playing cards. Our only complaint was the lack of cushions on the dining chairs!! Hours of sitting on those hard chairs was torture on our senior bottoms!!

Condo on the beach
This was a girls few days away. We walked on the beach, played gold , played games, had wine, laughed and had a PERFECT get away. The condo was wonderful. Four ladies...four bedrooms...four baths. There were a few minor repairs and we called the agency and they immediately sent a kind repaireman. All was done immediately and he even ran out to buy a new shade, as the one in the bedroom could not be repaired. Excellent service fromt he agency and repairman. Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo with us. We want to return...same time next year (we hope that it is available.) I also want to come with my daughter in the summer (August)

Easter Vacation
Our family just loved the condo. It was one of the best equipped, dining table with 8 chairs, the kitchen had plenty of dishes, bowls, everything. Having 4 bedroom and 4 baths was perfect for our family. Would definitely recommend this condo for any large family.

Golf Vacation
We have rented this condo for a few years and it is our favorite. The condo accommodates our group with its 4 bedrooms/4baths. The new owner has down such wonderful renovations since we last were here. The only drawback is that the commodes are very low and hopefully will be addressed before we return next year. Great location and great view!
This was our first time staying in this area of Myrtle Beach. The property description was accurate, however I thought it had been renovated this year. Only the flooring and bedding had been renovated. The kitchen and bathrooms could use a little TLC. The property seems to be well maintained. We had a few cleaning issues when we checked in. I called Owner Direct and they sent someone right over to fix the issues. The property was full so the beach was crowded and the street noise was pretty loud. I would definitely recommend this unit to rent, and if you do I hope you enjoy your stay!

Great Vacation
Very nice but when time go bed my son bed sheets had BLOOD on them & had to take them off & wash them & when time to leave & clean when we swept under one of the beds we found a pair of used panties that did NOT belong to anyone with us

A Week With Family On The Grand Strand
Overall we really liked the condo and location. The property was clean and well maintained. We would stay here again. Only complaint is the toilets sit too low and the toilet bowls are stained and look nasty.

Great Family Vacation!
My family really enjoyed staying at this property. It was clean, spacious, nicely furnished and well-equipped. The beach and pool areas were very nice. The living room TV was not working when we arrived, and ODVR replaced it with a smaller TV right away and put in a new large TV a couple of days later – great customer service. The location is very convenient, with restaurants, a convenience store and an ice cream parlor vey close by. We also walked a few blocks to play mini-golf. I was worried about busy elevators with 18 floors, but the only issues were during move-in and move-out. Only two (minor) complaints – first, the internet access was not secured (but it was very fast and reliable), so be aware that you’ll need to use your cellular data if you need to do anything secure. Second, the mattresses are very thick and everyone had problems with the fitted sheet coming off during the night. Again, very minor problems. It’s very likely that we will rent this unit again.

Loved the property
We were incredibly pleased with the property, condo, vacation overall. The condo was clean, the view was amazing, the pool was refreshing and there's an adult only hot tub! So nice!

Check in day was a little chaotic at the building itself with so many people going in and out, but everyone was as organized and pleasant as possible.
