The open floor plan allows the perfect opportunity for family to spend time seamlessly in the kitchen, dining and living room areas. The fully equipped kitchen has all new white cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless steel deep sink, new plumbing, a new GE side-by-side refrigerator, with automatic ice & water dispenser, & a new built-in microwave. The breakfast bar provides seating for three & the dining area seats six more. If you love to cook, the kitchen is fully stocked with a Keurig for K-cups, an automatic coffee maker & all of the small appliances & utensils for your cooking needs. We also provide many spices & staple kitchen items for preparing a great home-cooked meal at the beach.
Our spacious & comfortable living room offers all new furniture, whether you choose to relax on a leather recliner, sofa or loveseat. Watch your favorite movie or tv show on the super-size 60" smart TV with 267+ cable channels along with a DVD/VCR player. Your morning coffee will taste better watching beautiful sunrises & dolphins from our 7th floor, furnished, 27-foot balcony. The balcony is accessible from both the living room & master bedroom. On the balcony, spend your idle time in, one of two, rocking chairs.
Relax in the newly decorated master bedroom with custom drapes, a king size pillow-top mattress bed, a 55" smart TV, a chair & plenty of storage space in the dresser or large closet. Your reservation includes a discount golf/dining card, which can save you money on a foursome of golf at over 60 courses, live theater, dining, & much more. To make packing for your beach vacation easier, beach chairs, umbrellas, & beach toys are bring your own beach towels & you are ready to enjoy the beautifully maintained Crescent Beach sands & surf waiting for you .
Located at 1625 South Ocean Blvd., the Crescent Shores Condo complex offers a fantastic view of the South Carolina Coast. Amenities include a 200-foot lazy river, a 110-foot oceanfront pool, two oversized hot tubs, 1 foot kiddie pool, indoor pool & an onsite fitness room. The indoor pool is heated even during winter months. The rental comes with two parking passes for covered garage parking.

Great condo and amenities
The condo was very well equipped, especially the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and all the bathrooms have been updated. The condo was bright and cheerful, and the balcony had lots of outdoor furniture for our use. ODVR staff were very courteous and helpful, and they were very organized and efficient. Oceanfront Dream Vacation
Great time staying at the beach. The condo was very clean and bright and the location of being right on the beach was amazing! The well-stocked kitchen made it easy to cook meals. Lots of space for our family to spread out. Our favorite part was sipping coffee in the mornings on the balcony. We spent much time on the couch and rocking chairs reading books provided by the owners. Perfect Get-away
My husband, myself, our 4 children (plus one friend) stayed from Thursday night until Monday morning. It was a wonderful experience! Clean, comfortable condo to stay in with the pool, lazy river, and hot tub to enjoy...plus my favorite part- OCEAN FRONT! The environment was safe, friendly, and clean. Beautiful Condo!
It was a beautiful condo, plenty of space for 5 adults and teenager. We will definitely come back in the future! It was easy walk to beach and pool. The view from the balcony was gorgeous! Wonderful vacation stay
The condo was very spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Great scenery from the balcony. Enjoyed the condo very much! The parking garage was well lit and I felt safe in that area. Beach vacay
We had a great time together at the beach. The condo was nice. It needed some work and updating. One tub drain was clogged but repaired. The washer wouldn't spin water out of the clothes but was reported. The sliding glass door in the living room was hard to open and close and the lock on the jamb was missing. The ice maker for the refrigerator wasn't working. Lack of communication in paper products provided for stay. We were provided a starter kit which included only 1 roll of toilet paper per bath and 1 roll of paper towels. We had to go purchase more after we were almost out of toilet paper.
