Great Place to vacation
Our stay at 1308 Crescent Shores 1308S was a wonderful experience. Not only was the weather and view from 13th floor lovely, the condo had the feeling of home. It was extremely clean and had everything you could possibly need and more in the kitchen..
There were books to read, movies to watch, puzzles and games for the kids.
The deck not only had a beautiful view but a table and chairs to enjoy your meals and comfy rocking chairs to just relax. Everything was convenient
As shopping, dining , banana boat rides and parasailing. We will definitely
consider returning.

As Advertised!!
Condo was as advertised. Spotless. Fresh painting throughout with new LVT flooring and leather furniture in the living room. My first rental with leather La-z-Boy furniture. Kitchen well supplied with lots of untensils. The card table and chairs provided extra seating for kids. Plenty of books and toys for rainy days.

My favorite things were sitting in the rocking chair on the balcony and watching the sunrise over the ocean and being able to see the “crescent” in Crescent Beach from Cherry Grove to Myrtle Beach. Also enjoyed having evening sunset dinners on the balcony at the cafe table and chairs.

Property manager was very easy to work with.

Girl's Trip
Everything was just as described. Beds were comfortable. Location was wonderful. We felt safe because there were security guards present at the pool area and at the entrance and parking areas. We will definitely stay there again.

1308 unit of Cresent shores south tower
I stayed in this unit May 9th to the 13th and it was awesome. The unit is so pretty and beachy. Love the hardwood and decor. It's extremely clean and has all amenities you need. Beachfront location and a quick elevator ride to pool, lazy river and beach. Will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for an amazing place that's generously large. ❤️

Unit 1308 Cresent Shores
The unit was very clean and updated with new paint and living room furniture. The location was good. We weren't able to use the balcony for 2 months. The patio furniture was stored in the bedrooms including the master bedroom while working on the balcony. That was very inconvenient. The parking was very difficult.

North Myrtle
The condo was as described with the exeption of the 4 queen beds need to be replaced. Both mattresses and box springs are broken down in all 4 beds. The condo was very clean and location was great!

Rental was very clean on arrival. Only complaint is that the bathroom toilet sets would not stay up and would slam down and it seam to hold a lot of moisture in the condo .

Relaxing
The home was neat and clean with a perfect view of the ocean. The only negative is the condo seemed to keep a damp feel even with keeping doors shut and air set at 71-72. I would recommend a dehumidifier to help.

Perfect Living Room set up
We had a wonderful time. Beds were comfortable. Living room set up was very conversational and we enjoyed that so much! The microwave door was broken when we arrived but a maintenance worker came the next day to investigate it. We had a temporary fix that took us through the week. The view from the balcony was wonderful. 3 elevators in our building that were very fast. We never experienced delays even on Saturday check in and check out. There were plenty of carts and luggage carriers available whenever you needed one. We would recommend this condo for a family vacation.

Great stay in a spacious, comfortable rental
We had a great stay at Crescent Shores. The rental process was very smooth and I appreciated the amount of information and follow-up provided by the property management company. After-hours check-in and check-out worked well. We were very pleased with the rental. The unit is a bit older and shows a few signs of it, but it was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for our family. (We have 4 teenage/young adult sons, all over 6 feet tall, so having a bed for each of them was really nice, and not easy to find within our budget.) Gorgeous ocean views. The location is nice - convenient to get to many places, but outside the really busy district. Overall, this place is a gem and I'd highly recommend it!

Great rental experience!
I spent 4 relaxing weeks in April in this clean and well-maintained condo. It was equipped with all of the necessary utensils and gadgets and more. There was even a knife sharpener, so I didn't have to deal with the dull knives I usually find in vacation rental units. Everything presented on website was accurate and the rental process went very smoothly with Owner Direct Rentals. The location was great and the view from the balcony was spectacular. I had a wonderful time staying at this condo. Overall, I was extremely happy with this rental experience.

March in Myrtle
It was a great experience except the weather wasn’t the usual. The condo was awesome. Eve.n when the weather was not conducive to beach walking the balcony was often more comfortable and the view from the living room was fantastic.

Hurricane Party
Our family has been using Owner Direct for years. They are so helpful and are always available to assist, answer questions, or just recommend a place to eat.

This year we were able to hang out during a CAT1 hurricane.

There were a couple of minor repair issues (very minor) and they were there to correct it before we could hang up the phone.

Summer Get a way
Condo was very nice. Favorite 3 things of the condo was 1- the view is incredible well worth the money and very relaxing. 2- the patio furniture was very nice as we spent alot of time on the balcony. 3- the closet full of beach items was very nice to take things to the beach.
We really enjoyed our trip and would go back.

Great condo

Family Vacation
We loved our location and the condo was great but the renal center has a lot of hidden fines should something happen. They gave us pool passes that were worn out and easily able to lose them stated they would charge you $25 for lost passes. Needless to say we didn’t use them and got questioned daily. Would love to stay there again but not through that rental company.

Thank you for your stay, Can you explain the hidden fines and the worn pool passes ?? the Pool passed are given new each year by the HOA and if you don't have you passes the HOA will question you that is their job to make sure that persons not staying on the property are not using the building services. would love to talk soon to see what we can do to make your next stay better

Great location
The unit was great, very well stocked and clean. Love the view. This is our 3rd time at Crescent Shores but we can't do it any more with the parking situation. Not good for handicapped. Loved working with Leila she was the best and the office staff were top notch and so friendly. Will use them again.

We certainly would like to hear from every guest after arrival if there are issues with housekeeping and maintenance that can be easily addressed to your satisfaction. You did not report anything that we could "fix" and obviously mattress firmness is subjective to every individuals' comfort level. This was not a common complaint with other reviews during the busy summer season. We found our condo to be one of the best stocked condos we've ever rented. In fact the other three units our families rented were all jealous. We lacked nothing in the way of supplies, dishware, appliances etc.

Spent Thanksgiving in the best place ever!
Our family needed a get away and we have been going to Myrtle Beach for many years...but this year we had to take my daughters 14lb puppy. We were fortunate to work with Leila who contacted the owners of #1308. We were very pleased with the condo ....everything as described! Clean and everything we needed. The Best accommodations ever!
I didnt know what to expect when we booked the unit. Baded on description it sounded good. When we arrived to the property we were greeted by a security or maintenance men who helped us with showing where to grab a luggage trolley. When we got to our unit we were amazed how well put together it was. It had everything we needed from a full stack of dishes, spices and utilities. We really enjoyed our stay.

This condo in the Crescent Shores complex is a true gem and the perfect fit for families that come to enjoy the full beach experience. Overall, the Crescent Shores facility offers the best for all guests, outdoors and indoors; from super amenities like ocean front and heated indoor pools, lazy river, hot tub, grilling stations and spacious condos with, with well-appointed kitchens and fabulously decorated interiors, as well as large balconies, for sweeping views of the big blue Atlantic! We manage several condos at this complex from large four bedrooms to smaller two bedrooms for couples and families. The location is ideal -- there is an ocean front bar & grill just next door for lunch or happy hour, there is an ice cream/hot dog stand a quick block away and a giant tacky beach store for last minute supplies. Thank you for sharing your great experience with us and we hope that we have already convinced you to return.

Nice Condo, Clean, Well Maintained
This 13th Floor Condo was well maintained (everything worked) and was very clean. It came with every gadget, pot and pans, plates, utensils, etc. you could need. Access to the beach and pools was very easy.

Overall I would recommend staying here. If I had one issue, it was all the personal photos of the owners kids and grand kids. There's something like 47 pictures spread across the bedrooms, LR and hall. I would put them away and replace with something neutral. Nonetheless, it was tastefully decorated and comfortable.

The owner does have a cozy and comfortable beach condo with added personal touches to share their family home with your family, too. The Crescent Shores complex is popular for all of it's family-friendly amenities, from lazy river and indoor/outdoor pools to watersport rentals on the beach. The location is also perfect for enjoying a few easy local amenities, like Molly Darcy's beachside cafe, a giant beach souvenir shop and a family-owned hot dog and ice cream stand, all within steps of this condo. Great location. Great condo. Only difficulty-parking garage. It is chaos on the check-in day. But it improves during the week. You have to have patience & be careful.

Thank you for letting us know that this condo was "one of the best". This owner keeps their condo updated and well-appointed to make your stay super special. The Crescent Shores property does provide the best of amenities from outdoors to indoors; amenities like ocean front pool, heated indoor pool, lazy river, hot tub, grilling stations and spacious condos with, with well-appointed kitchens and fabulously maintained interiors and large 25 foot balconies for sweeping views of the blue sea and skies. Large groups can enjoy a four bedroom condo or we offer smaller two bedrooms for couples and small families. The location of Crescent Shores is really what makes it the ideal getaway spot. Just within a 100 yards, there is an ocean front bar & grill, there is an ice cream/hot dog stand with sidewalk cafe seating, a quick block away, and a giant tacky beach store for last minute supplies. There are watersport activities available on the beach directly in front of the complex, too. We welcome you back.

Great condo, super location
After renting condos in Myrtle Beach for many years, this one is our favorite. Its location is perfect, with golf courses nearby, nice stores and numerous restaurants. Plus being on the sea is a big advantage. The condo was clean and very well equipped, for example lots of nice dishes and everything you would need to prepare good meals. It was recommended to us by some friens and We will not hesitate to recommend it to other people.

Our Place at the Beach
We are the condo owners and just made our fall trip to refurbish the condo after the summer rental season. As always we found that Owner Direct Vacation Rentals had done an excellent job of maintaining the unit during the summmer.

One of our 15 guests this year stated that they thought his wife’s rash might have been caused by mites in one of the couches. We did not experience any bites or rashes during our two week stay. Just to be sure we had the entire unit inspected by Strand Termite and Pest Control and nothing was found.

As part of our cleanup, all carpeting was cleaned and all of the tile floors scrubbed, not just mopped. We are also having new carpet installed in the second and third bedrooms in November.

Another Great Stay
My family and I rented the Crescent Shores condo from Bill Drzal and ODVR for the second time, the condo was clean and in great shape and the check in/out process was seemless. Would recommend this condo to anyone.

Best Place We're Ever Stayed
Loved our place. The location was perfect for us, not too busy but had lots around to go to (shops, mini golf, you name it, it was there).

The condo itself was PERFECT. Very clean and had enough space for all 11 of us that stayed there (3 bedrooms and spacious common living area).

The staff we dealt with were extremely pleasant and accommodating.

Overall, GREAT experience, would definitely go here again.

Perfect family beach vacation
The VRBO staff was wonderfull. Condo was perfect size and very nice, it was also in a great location on the beach. Pool area was nice. Office staff at the building were very helpful and there was on site security. My family loved the trip.

VRBO REVIEW FROM GUEST: Second time in this condo! Still Impressed! Last year we stayed for two weeks, this year all of April. Wonderful place, the balcony is huge, the views are spectacular, high enough so no noise from the pool below, only the incredible sound of the surf each day. I can't think of anything missing in the kitchen, every imaginable gadget is there. Condo was very clean, updated, master bed very comfortable. Bathroom all very nice, living room includes books and a good selection of DVD movies and good channel selection. Being 5 floors from the top means elevators are never full when you leave and they all worked perfectly and fast. This location on the grand strand is perfect, it's close to everything yet away from the traffic. Friends staying at newer Barefoot Landing condo visited us and were jealous about our location, they would have preferred our condo. The management company ODVR and the owner were a pleasure to deal with, very attentive and pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend to a friend.
