This unit includes ceramic tile throughout & a fully stocked kitchen with cookware, appliances, 2 coffee makers, & utensils & dishware for home-cooked meals. Great dining table (Seats 4) by the window facing south, for the best evening sunset views. The oceanfront Master (Queen) bedroom has sliding door access to the balcony and en-suite bathoom with tub/show combination. The guest room (Queen) shares the hall bath (tub/shower combo) and great picture window facing south down the beach. There is an outdoor pool & kiddy pool on-site for the whole family to enjoy. Enjoy the secure high-speed wireless internet, complimentary Netflix & Amazon Prime to enjoy your favorite movies or shows on the 55-inch smart TV in the family room!
We want to make sure you have a great vacation so we partner with a local high-quality management company, Owner Direct Vacation Rentals, in North Myrtle Beach. ODVR SC is a family owned & operated rental agency. Your reservation includes all bed & bath linens, beds freshly made upon arrival, & departure cleaning. Guests receive a small "starter kit" of paper products (t-paper & paper towels) bath soaps, & dishwasher packets - just enough to have handy until you can make the grocery store list of things you need.
Barefoot Landing is less than 5 miles away & a real crowd-pleaser. Set along the Intracoastal Waterway in beautiful water and nature inspired surroundings with all the fun & excitement of shopping, dining, entertainment & special events for the whole family. Alligator Adventure will thrill kids of all ages with alligator feedings, reptile shows, & 11 acres of wildlife. House of Blues has big name musical groups while Alabama Theater offers live theater productions (seasonal shows) with talent nothing short of Broadway! BareFoot Marina offers guided waterway tours & dinner boat cruises, water sports equipment rentals. Plus, weekly fireworks displays over the water, too. Don't forget The Carolina Opry & Pirates Voyage (nearby) both have great family musical shows.

Wonderful Escape Weekend!
Really enjoyed this condo and our great long weekend away. Weather was fantastic for April and the views are amazing from the top floor. Condo was clean and well maintained. Had everything we needed for our short stay. Check-in and out was uneventful and easy - management company was on top of things. Excellent weekend away!

September vacation
Condo was very nice. Had only one issue that needed attention and after messaging the owner, it was taken care of on a very timely manner. The owner was very responsive to messages that were sent to him. The location was central to many good restaurants and Barefoot Landing. Never had a problem with parking. The beach at the condo was nice. During the 3rd week of September, the beach wasn't crowded at all. Very nice place to stay
Place we rented was clean. Thought it was larger than it was, still a great location. Check in process was easy at the homeAway/VRBO place, very close as well.
We spent a lot of our time at the beach and out. The living area didn't really seat 4 great, but di have room for 4. Kitchen was small, but functional.
View off the balcony was very nice. Beds were good, not great, but good.

Excellent place to stay
This condo offered everything we needed for our end of the year mini vacation. The views are amazing. You get the views of the sunrise in the morning, sunset in the evenings, to sand beaches as far as the eye can see. The owner was so easy to work with. We really enjoyed this oceanfront condo. It is located in a safe area that is convenient to North Myrtle Beach. Winter get away
Only concern were the windows and living room slider windows seals were broke causing the windows to stay cloudy. A condition that can only be fixed by replacing the glass. Condo was clean, great view. This was a great choice for us!
We had a great experience with this rental and with the owner and their management company. The rental process was simple and straight forward and we had no problems getting our keys even though we arrived late at night.
The condo was clean and well stocked and is in a quiet section of north myrtle beach. We had everything we needed for our stay. The towels, bedding, etc... were of great quality and comfortable.

Very nice view of a very nice beach
This corner unit provides great eastern and southern views. All of the appliances and plumbing worked well. Perfect family trip!
The owner went above and beyond our expectations in communicating with us, even before he reached out continuously during Hurricane Isaiah.
