Your family will enjoy this two bedroom, two bath oceanfront condo. Your reservation includes bed and bath linens, as well as departure cleaning. Take in the wonderful balcony views for sunrise or sunset, with miles of scenery in every direction. You will be amazed at the sparkling beach lights after dark. The family room has great comfortable seating with the largest TV for a special movie night feature!!!
The kitchen is nicely remodeled and open to the views of the Atlantic, while you're prepping a family dinner. Brand new, full-size washer and dryer available in the unit, too.There is plenty of dining space with seating for 6 six around the table and 2 more at the kitchen breakfast bar.
The master bedroom offers expansive views of the Atlantic ocean, from the corner picture windows and private access to the balcony for morning coffee. The master has a king bed and en-site bathroom with 2 separate vanity areas for getting dressed. For your comfort, there is a little extra bench seating and large flat screen tv for relaxing in bed. The kids will be comfortable, just down the hall, in the "bunk room" where 2-4 could sleep in the bed configuration. Flat-screen tv and large closet for the kids area, too. Hallway, 2nd Bathroom, is nicely remodeled with a full tub and shower combo. Sleeper sofa (2023) has been added to the living space for extra guests enjoyment! Your reservation includes all bed and bath linens, beds freshly made upon arrival, and departure cleaning. Guests receive a "starter kit" of paper products (t-paper and paper towels) bath soaps, and dishwasher packets - just enough to have handy until you can make the grocery store list of things your need.
Spend the evening together after a long, full day, of beach activities. Local restaurants and attractions are just minutes away in any direction. Myrtle Beach is famous for golf, restaurants, outlet shopping and all things FUN! Plan lazy days on the beach and exciting adventures around town in the evening. In NMB, Barefoot Landing brings broadway-style live musical productions at The Alabama Theatre. Famous concert performances are a regular at the House of Blues & over 100 shops and restaurants criss-cross the boardwalks over the open waters. The waterfront complex has undergone a huge makeover since 2019 to bring in fresh new specialty boutiques and great eateries. There are kids attractions and weekly summer outdoor concerts to go with the fireworks displays. You'll find everything from the best beach wear, shoe shopping, wonderful sweet shops filled with treats, to LIVE alligators & tigers to amaze. You can rent jet skis on the Waterway, cruise in a dinner boat, rent a pontoon or guided fishing expedition, & even enjoy the views from a number of restaurants.
Just a short 10 minute drive south, to Myrtle Beach for more excitement. Myrtle Beach has the Sky Wheel, a 200' high view of the coastline in a totally enclosed, air conditioned gondala. Stroll the renovated oceanfront boardwalk area, with gift shops, historic arcades & tourists attractions along the old original Pavilion area. Nearby, Broadway at the Beach will WOW everyone in your group. This huge FUN complex offers unique places to shop, eat, celebrate & play. There are endless specialty shops to seek out the perfect take-home souvenir. Shop till you drop, enjoy the rides & attractions or a great meal & then the exciting night life & entertainment. There are fireworks displays twice a week during the summer season. There are over 35 great restaurants in addition to all of the attractions. This condo is great proximity for those looking to attend the Country Music Fest in June each year, too.

Awesome getaway

25 yr anniversary
We enjoyed our stay. The only issue was that the furniture needed to be removed from the balcony for painting so couldn't make use of it. The contractors did little or nothi g all week so that was kind of a waste. But thats on the contractors. Overview from an easy-going engineer
Great location, family friendly, close to all. Property dated but working with what they have. Could be cleaner but not bad (i.e. no bugs, etc.) and use fresh paint. Vacuum cleaners and ice maker don't work, all else as expected. Large smart TVs and furniture comfortable. 2twins and full in Bed#2, Master has King, Queen pull out. Strongly suggest getting to place BEFORE shopping. Many items left are good-usable including chairs, coffee, spices, etc.. Kitchen pots-pans-knives chef's quality. Stove small but works however hood vents INTO condo. Can be smelly if you like to cook. Overall we had a good time. I'm a do it yourselfer so these we're small issues. If you're OCD you may wish to pay an extra $1K or more for a newer unit. Can't beat location with beach out back door, pier 0.3 miles north and bar-tshirt shop across street. The condo needed updates to the bathrooms and kitchen. The floors were dirty and needed mopping. The room description is accurate, maybe understated. Our experience from beginning to end was excellent. We had one small, minor glitch with the wifi after a storm. Our call was answered immediately on a Saturday afternoon and the issue resolved quickly with no disruption to our vacation. The Brigadune has a reputation for not having great AC, however we found this unit very comfortable.
