Ready for a wonderful beach vacation? The "5 SeaGals" bungalow is newly remodeled for 2023; freshly painted with updated vinyl flooring & new furnishings and new carpeted bedrooms to welcome your family. The lower level kitchen is redesigned with brand new cabinetry, appliances & quartz countertops. Just steps across the Ocean Blvd. to the sandy white Crescent Beach area. This is a "first row" two story house; an ideal location to enjoy a homey week at the beach.
This coastal cottage offers a private getaway for your large family or group. This remodeled 6 bedroom, 4 bath home offers two separate levels, both are accessible from exterior stairs, using both the front or back doors. Both top & bottom levels are a "mirror image" layout of (2) kitchens, (6) bedrooms, (4) baths, (2) family rooms, (2) dining spaces, (2) covered porches & a shared, exterior laundry room.
Each floor has an identical bedding arrangement of: 1 King bed (guest room), 2 Full Beds (guest room) & 1 Queen Bed (master w/ attached full bath/tub/shower). A spacious layout for multiple families with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, per floor. New mattresses. Up & down master bedrooms feature a Queen bed with private bathroom, tub/shower combo. Then, one guest room offers 2 DOUBLE beds (sleeps 4 per room). The 3rd guest room has a KING bed & shares the hall bath (shower stall only/no tub). Bathrooms are nicely updated (2023) in this vintage home. Your reservation includes fresh bed & bath linens, with all beds already made upon arrival.
After a sunny, salty beach day relax in rocking chairs on either of two shady front porches. New flat screen TV's in all bedrooms & family room areas. Plenty of seating for family gatherings in the living rooms, with sofa(s) & two recliners. The 2 kitchens offer full size appliances (New Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher Downstairs) complete with large dining tables, enough seating to enjoy meals & game nights together. Great grilling options (charcoal & gas) for hot dogs & burgers around the outdoor tables & chairs & umbrellas, too. You will find the perfect oasis for a cool plunge in the new pool.
Just minutes away, in the heart of Windy Hill, North Myrtle Beach is our most popular destination, Barefoot Landing. Enjoy Broadway-style live musical productions at The Alabama Theatre. Famous concert performances are a regular at the House of Blues & over 100 shops & restaurants criss-cross the boardwalks over the open waters. The waterfront complex has undergone a huge makeover in the Spring of 2019 to bring in fresh new specialty boutiques and great eateries. There are kids attractions & weekly summer outdoor concerts to go with the fireworks displays. You'll find everything from the best beach wear, shoe shopping, wonderful sweet shops filled with treats, to LIVE alligators and tigers to amaze. Jet skis on the Waterway, cruise in a dinner boat, rent a pontoon or guided fishing expedition, and enjoy the views from one of the fantastic BareFoot restaurants. It will be a special event to add to your beach memories.
A 20 minute drive to Myrtle Beach & Broadway at the Beach will WOW everyone in your group. This huge FUN complex offers unique places to shop, eat, celebrate & play. There are endless specialty shops to seek out the perfect take-home souvenir. Shop till you drop, enjoy the rides & attractions or a great meal & then the exciting night life & entertainment. There are fireworks displays twice a week during the summer season. There are over 35 great restaurants including: Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, King Kong Sushi, Landry's Seafood, Liberty Brewery, Paula Deene's, Joe's Crab Shack, Wahlburgers & the Grumpy Monk, just to name a few! Last Minute Family Time
The house was quite large and comfortable for our family group of 16. The kids loved the pool right outside the back door. The Ocean right across the street with a beach access right in front of the house was so wonderful. What a fantastic place to stay, house was clean and beds were comfortable. Could ask for a better location, right across the street from the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Owner of the house is the owner of the realtor company and stays next door. He and his wife stopped by a couple of times while we were out and would ask if there was anything we needed. An excellent vacation choice.
This was one of the cleanest, most accommodating rental homes we have ever had the pleasure of booking. Amazing beach and private pool access, fully stocked with beach equipment and everything we could need for our stay. Good Time Had by All
The house had all we needed. The owner has done a lot of upgrades, it had all we needed. Plenty of room, beds for everyone, very clean and just a quick walk across the street to the beach. Great Family Trip celebrating Easter
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at your beach house during Easter. It was much better than the snow in New England. Check-in was a breeze and located a few blocks from the beach house. The location is perfect! The beach is directly across the street from the house. The owner provided beach chairs, unbrellas and a beach wagon. Usually we have to pack these items when staying at other beach house rentals. We sipped coffee each morning and enjoyed evening cocktails nightly on the large porch. You can see and hear the ocean waves from the second floor porch. The kitchen has everything needed to make family meals and is well-stocked. I Highly recommend this property. Great location!
This house was the perfect location for Thanksgiving with family at the beach! It is comfortable for a group, and easy to maintain when cooking and dining. Although we did not take advantage of the pool and grills we were impressed by their availability had we needed them. ODVR is probably the nicest and most accommodating host we have ever worked with, answering our questions and needs during our stay, and maintaining contact even after office hours. The perfect stay!
When we arrived we were greeted by the most professional and polite staff that work at the front desk. We had no issues finding the property as the directions were spot on. Very clean place, the owner offers everything you need for a stay at the beach it is well accommodated. The pool felt amazing, the water was great. Nice to have a pool available and the beach within less than a minutes walk. Best Stay Ever!!!!
Loved every detail of this house. We got a big surprise a check in when learned that the owner had installed a pool !!! The kids loved it even more then going to the beach. The split level home allowed my brother and his family and my family to vacation together but have private time when needed.
