These properties are located in Sunset Beach, North Carolina just 20 minutes north of the Myrtle Beach area. Many located in Sea Trail Plantation, a 2100 acre golf resort with 3 Championship golf courses.. Sunset Beach is the last barrier Island in North Carolina and has been selected by Duke University as the Number one rated beach in North Carolina. It also has one of the last floating bridges in America which provides access to the beach across the Intracoastal Waterway.
