A membership organization, ODVR.us and Propertywatch.us, provides its member owners with all services they require to rent and service their property.
Linen, cleaning and maintenance plus unique marketing programs are provided to the owner members to help them book their rental properties.
We are located on Hwy 17 South, in North Myrtle Beach.We have high traffic visibility and our windows have over thirty-five feet of billboard promoting our member properties.
We service walk-ins as well as reservation rentals, both long and short term.
We manage units from Ocean Isle Beach and Sunset Beach, North Carolina to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
