Owner Direct Vacation Rentals LLC,(Propertywatch in NC) provides vacation property owners an alternative to the high commission costs of rental agencies.
A membership organization, ODVR.us and Propertywatch.us, provide its member owners with all services they require to rent and service their property.
Linen, cleaning and maintenance plus unique marketing programs are provided to the owner members to help them fill their rental properties.
ODVR creates a promotional video for every owner member property using unique software that allows the owner to email the promotional video to one or one thousand recipients at no cost.
We host the video for one year as part of the annual membership.
Our video is approved for use on VRBO.
We are located on Hwy 17 South, in North Myrtle Beach.We have high traffic vizibility and our windows have over thirty-five feet of billboard promoting our member properties.
We service walkins as well as reservation rentals both long and short term.
We manage units from Sunset Beach, North Carolina to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
